Sleep Training

We are going through a rough spot right now trying to get Jemma to sleep through the night. At 6 weeks she began sleeping through the night. I mean straight up 11-12 hours a night, solid. We were spoiled. I was already letting my thoughts wander to having a second child...well that came to an abrupt hault on New Years Eve, when she began waking up again. I thought it was a growth spurt, so I fed her. She got used to this and has been waking up ever since. I stopped feeding her at night a few weeks ago, BUT she still wakes up repeatedly and won't go to sleep sometimes for a few hours. Becky Kiser, a good friend of mine who is pregnant with a little girl (Karis, who will most definitely be BFF's with Jemma), suggested I read a book she thought might help called Baby 411. Before having Jemma I read no books, thinking it would just come to me. Well, I have decided that it doesn't hurt to have a little expert help. Pray for us as we enter intense "Sleep Training" these next few weeks!
